The NY Times was writing about it just the other day. “Recession Anxiety Seeps into Everyday Life,” the headline trumpeted. Relationships are being affected, calls to suicide prevention hotlines are mounting, anxiety attacks are becoming more commonplace. It appears that the crisis we are going through is not only economic.
And how to cope with all this? Where can we develop the strength and stability to help ourselves, our families and communities? Where can we go to really understand what is going on so we can play a part in offering hope and help to the many, many people who are being hit by all of this?
I came to Brazil 8 years ago because I wanted the answers to just these questions. I wanted to be able to help myself get untracked more and to offer that help to others. When I discovered the International Society of Analytical Trilogy (ISAT), I jumped at the chance to come to study in Brazil. Because Analytical Trilogy has been offering exactly the knowledge to address all these questions for decades.
